At Ten30 Apparel, we are committed to delivering your gear quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Carrier
We exclusively use UPS as our shipping carrier to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Our orders are printed to order.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary based on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ten30apparel.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue.
